A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was going to have to find another caregiver for my 3 year old son. Because of ROC, I had many choices to decide upon. Within 2 weeks, I made a decision without disrupting my family or work. KUDOS to whomever found this service!!!!

Marian was extremely helpful. The information was processed in a very timely manner. Marian sent along a preschool information book that I found to be full of information and ideas. Marian has been vigilant with her follow-up calls - seeing if I needed any further information. It was a pleasure dealing with such a customer conscious service.

My wife has another referral service at her company. I brought home the information and she called you and all she's kept saying is that your service is so much better. She's constantly saying what a great job you're doing for her. This has been at stressful period, trying to figure childcare out, and having help has taken the stress out of it. We're both in the service business and it's rare to get this kind of thanks!

I'm thrilled with the information on lessons at the Lexington Community Center. It was such a lonely move here. My friend Iris used your service in Minneapolis and told me to call. My husband is happy because when I'm happy he can go to work and feel better.

The eldercare counselor has been wonderful. She gave me the information that I needed and made some further calls for me so that my family could understand our options for my grandmother.
